Weekly Mindfulness Session – Everyone Welcome
Take a pause and reconnect with yourself at our weekly mindfulness session, held every Wednesday from 4:00–5:00 pm at the Oasis Faith and Spirituality Centre (OFS104).
Organised by the Nepalese Student Community, these sessions offer a safe, calm, and welcoming space to relax, build self‑awareness, and connect with others. Whether you’re feeling stressed or simply want a moment of peace, this is a chance to support your mental and emotional wellbeing amidst the busy pace of daily life.
