Introduction to Taping Workshop: 27th February 6:30pm - 8:30pm; Brook Building BB029; Join our Introduction to Taping workshop to learn how taping can support common MSK injuries. We’ll cover key injury types, basic management, and finish with a hands-on practical where you’ll try simple taping techniques.
