Careers at the Union

The Students’ Union is a fast paced, dynamic and values driven organisation and it’s our job to represent, support and inspire our student members throughout their time at the University of Lancashire.

If after looking at the job role you don’t think you meet every single requirement, we encourage you to think again and consider applying. Studies show that women and those from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds are less likely to apply for a job unless they meet all requirements in the job description. The Students’ Union is dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t completely align perfectly with what’s written, we encourage you to apply anyway and tell us exactly why you could be the right candidate for us.
