Department: Social Enterprise

Reports to: Licensed Trade Co-ordinator, Social Enterprise Manager

Pay band and salary range: £12.21 per hour (plus holiday pay)

Working pattern: Part-time between 6–18 hours per week.
• Shifts provided weekly on Wednesdays
• Flexibility required (may include evenings and weekends)
• Not working most holidays (some one-off events)
• Flexible around your University work

Working pattern: Part-time at 8–10 hours per week.
• Shift pattern agreed weekly with your coordinator
• Flexibility required (may include evenings and weekends)
• Flexible around your University work

Role summary: As a Student Community Organiser, you’ll help build a stronger, more inclusive and connected student community. You’ll listen to students, identify shared challenges, and support them to take meaningful, collective action. We are looking for Westlakes students in particular, and there are multiple roles available.
