We hosted the Medical Societies Relaunch Party on 29th January, and the atmosphere was buzzing from the moment doors opened. First‑year students praised the event for being well organised, perfectly timed, and held in an ideal location.

The relaunch wasn’t just a chance to browse societies, it gave students space to ask questions, chat with committee members, and connect with others who share their interests. After exploring the stalls, everyone headed over to Lampworks for pizza and more conversation.

One student shared that she’s already joined four societies. Another said that speaking directly with current members made it much easier to decide which groups to get involved with.

The pizza didn’t last long, and many students stayed on at Lampworks to continue socialising. All in all, the relaunch was a clear success.
