We understand many of you, primarily based on the Preston campus have been affected by the ongoing network issues this week. The University are continually trying to resolve and find the root of the problem, in the mean time, they have offered the following advice:

• All students are to still attend all schedule lectures, unless directly told not by their lecturers/course tutors
• If you are having trouble accessing materials or have any questions, direct them to your course tutors
• If you need security, please call 01772 892068. If you cannot get through, please call the mobile 07891 679537 or use the SafeZone app
• The University are confident this is not a cyber-attack, strictly a network issue
