Hiya, I’m Chak!
Like you, I’m still a student here – a third-year physiotherapy student, to be precise. Over the last two years, I’ve taken on a few different roles at university, from serving as a committee member in student groups to helping newly arrived international students feel at home. These experiences have given me the opportunity to meet people from diverse backgrounds. Seeing and experiencing the everyday challenges myself has fuelled my passion for making your student life easier and more inclusive for everyone.
This year, I want to support you in building your own community at the university and finding joy in student life. As your SU Rep, I’ll amplify your voice in both the SU and the university, ensuring you feel heard and empowered.
Outside of uni, you’ll often find me climbing (especially lead climbing) or wandering through expansive, boggy moorlands. I’m very much an outdoor lad!
