A conversation about how students would actually share feedback, raise issues, and shape change at the University and SU.
Spill the Tea: Student Feedback Edition
If something at university wasn’t working for you, would you actually tell someone? And if you did, how?
The University and SU offer a range of ways for students to share feedback and raise issues, including the Student Voice Platform, MEQs, House Meetings, Student Voice Meetings (SVP), Academic Communities, and other ways of speaking up.
In this focus group you will chat with other students and Union staff about what you really think. We will look at some of these options and talk about which ones you would actually use, when you might use them, and what would make them feel worth your time.
This is a relaxed and respectful space where everyone’s perspective is welcome. You can be honest about your experiences and share what really helps or hinders students when it comes to giving feedback.
We are especially interested in understanding the barriers and enablers to speaking up. What makes it easy or worthwhile to give feedback? What might stop you?
Come along, share your thoughts, and help shape how feedback works for students in the future.
Engaged Attendees will receive a £10 digital voucher and can choose from a variety (Love2Shop, Aldi, Primark, Amazon, Waterstones, Iceland, B&M etc)
