Floorball session: 4pm - 5:30pm; Foster FB068; Floorball is a fun sport which blends the gameplay of ice hockey with some elements of field hockey - but is low contact, indoors, uses a ball instead of puck and we don't play on ice!

International Freshers - Afternoon tea: 2pm - 5pm; All Saints Church; Join us for afternoon tea at a local church called All Saints, where there will be afternoon tea, games and a chance to meet other new students. We would love to see you We estimate 20 people to come to this event

Mon 21st September

Whiteboarding: noon - 3pm; CAMPUS; Find us around campus with a whiteboard to answer our question for a chance to win a prize plus talk to us and find out what we have on!

Freshers- Bowling 🎳🔥: 7pm - 9pm; Level; Come join us for a evening of bowling!🎳 Meet us outside the Library at 18:30 We estimate 30-40 students

Tue 22nd September

Returning members social!: noon - 2pm; St Peters Square, outside the Student Union building.; To celebrate our return, we'll be going to St Peters Square to meet the alpacas. After that will be Lampworks where you're welcome to stay for as long as you'd like.

Freshers- Meal with a Message: 7pm - 9pm; Come and join us in ME320 for a meal with a message. It will be a really fun time with games,food and meeting other people! We’re expecting 40 people, a person with a food hygiene certificate will cook from home and bring it in

Student Welcome: Bouldering Basics: 7pm - 8pm; Preston Wall, Kendal Wall, Lancaster Wall; 🧗 New to bouldering? Preston Wall's Student Welcome Bouldering Basics is the perfect chance to learn the fundamentals, build confidence and meet other students. Just £7.50 for students, with bouldering afterwards!

Thu 24th September

Avenham Park Chill 😎: 2pm - 5pm; Avenham Park; Join us for an afternoon of fun games and sports such as the likes of football, spike ball and frisbee! It will be a great time of community and a chance to get to know new students! Everybody is welcome and we would love to see you there!

Freshers- Cookies and Kahoot🍪: 7pm - 9pm; ME320; Join us for a big quiz and snacks with a short talk in ME320 We estimate around 40 people

LGBTQ+ Craft and Chat: 1pm - 3pm; Lampworks; Come to Lampworks and make new friends while crafting banners and signs for the Preston LGBTQ+ Pride march!

Aaja Nachle - Meet & Greet: 6:30pm - 9pm; Brook Building Room 213; Meet the Aaja Nachle team, make new friends, and kick off the year with games, snacks, prizes, and plenty of good vibes! 💃✨

Freshers - Bingo and FREE pizza night: 7pm - 9pm; ME320; Join us in ME320 for free pizza and bingo. This should be a really fun evening with pizza and games! We will buy pizzas and we are expecting 40 people!
