This interactive training day focuses on collaboration, networking, and practical learning, giving student group committee members the skills, knowledge, and confidence to lead their groups effectively.
To help you prepare for Welcome Week and the year ahead, at least one member of your committee must attend one of our in-person Committee Training Days taking place the week before Freshers. While only one representative is required, we strongly encourage all committee members to attend where possible.
This interactive training day focuses on networking, collaboration and experiential learning, giving you the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, connect with other student leaders, and gain the knowledge and confidence needed to run a successful student group throughout the academic year.
