Climbing taster experienced climbers (EXPERIENCED CLIMBERS ONLY): 2pm - 5pm; Preston Wall; You MUST be an experienced climber and have passed the rope belay test to purchase this ticket. If you purchase this ticket and you cannot pass the rope belay test, you will be denied entry at Preston Wall.

10,000 Black Interns Information Session: 6pm - 8pm; Upper Floor, Student Centre; Are you a Black student looking for summer internship in 2026? Come find out how to secure internships in 35+ sectors through the 10KBI Programme. Please note that this event is organised by the University and open to ALL Black students on campus.

Disabled Students' Get Together: noon - 2pm; Students' Union Café; A chill space to meet other disabled people and have some free food and drinks.

Welcome Session: 3pm - 6pm; HB155; A session to get to know each other, play some ice-breakers and figure out what you’d guys want to see from us going forward!

Fri 24th October

Diwali Ball 2025: 7pm - 1am; 53 Degrees; We are planning to host our annual Diwali Ball on Friday, 24th October 2025, and are very interested in booking the main hall on the ground floor at 53 Degrees for this event.
