Psychology Society Night Out.

Itinerary will be shared with all members attending, this involves members with a free ticket meeting at Adelphi at 20:30 and making themselves known to a committee member (all committee members will be checking for people and will share who they are before the event so members know). This will involve noting how people are getting home and letting attendees know what to do if they need help and who to contact. Once people are at Adelphi there is a chance for food and drinks both alcoholic and not, and will be encouraged to talk and get to know each other. All members attending the event will sit in the same vicinity so it is easy to stick together and make sure everyone is okay. Once it gets to half 9, members will be informed on moving to Twelve Tellers, any member who wishes to go home will speak to a committee member just to ensure they are doing so safely. The remaining members will then walk tp Twelve Tellers all together or if people are still drinking or want to set off after can do so, in another group of people, ensuring no one is walking alone. At twelve tellers it will be similar to Adelphi, sitting close together so it is easy to check on eachother and make sure no one is starting to become unwell or upset. Food is also available at Twelve Tellers and committee members will make this known and encourage people to have something to eat and break up drinks with water. Anyone who wishes to leave early is free to, once again just checking how they are getting home and ensuring they are safe. Finally at 11 the group will cross the street over to The Warehouse and enter the queue, Once inside the venue, members are free to go on any floor as committee members will be around and are reachable on their mobiles if anyone needs any assistance. Committee members will also support and check on members during the time at warehouse ensuring people are okay.
