Creating positive change is often easier when student leaders work together. This interactive session brings together School Reps and Academic Community Reps to explore how they can collaborate effectively as a Student Academic Leadership Team.

We'll look at the different responsibilities and perspectives each role brings, how information and feedback can flow between representatives, and how teams can work together to identify priorities, solve problems and deliver meaningful improvements for students. Participants will also have the opportunity to begin discussing shared goals and ways of working for the year ahead.

By the end of the session, you'll have a clearer understanding of how your role complements others within the team and how collective leadership can help create stronger academic communities and better outcomes for students.
