Two events in one!
We’re bringing together two ways to make change, all in one event.
The Student Assembly is where community-led ideas are explored and turned into action. It’s your chance to get involved in shaping change through our Action Groups, which focus on key campaign themes like cost of living, accessibility, placements and timetabling.
The Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM) is the next part of the event. This is where decisions are made, including voting on motions (resolutions) that can become official Union policy, as well as reviewing key updates from us.
And yes, there’ll be refreshments!
Got an idea?
You can submit an idea in advance, whether it’s something that affects lots of students, suggests a change, or raises an issue that matters to you.
We’ll review all submissions and take them forward in the most appropriate way, whether that’s through the Student Assembly, the AMM, or another route. If your idea is taken to the AMM, it becomes a motion that students can vote on.
Deadline for submissions: Saturday 11th April 2026
Want to join an Action Group?
Get involved ahead of the Student Assembly by joining one of our Action Groups.
Action Groups are where ideas turn into action. They bring students together to explore issues, shape solutions, and help drive real change.
